Everything is brand new – cabinetry, appliances, benchtops, vanity, toilet, taps and fittings – so there is no old grease, grime or deep appliance cleaning required. The job is mainly to remove fine renovation dust, grout haze/residue and construction marks and get the apartment ready to move into. No shower screen. * Windows: Thoroughly clean glass, frames, tracks, sills and flyscreens. This is a key area due to renovation dust. * Bedrooms: 2 small carpeted bedrooms to be thoroughly vacuumed. Wipe/dust inside the 2 wardrobes, including shelves. * Floors: Vacuum and mop all hard floors in living/dining/kitchen. Clean tiled bathroom floor. * General: Remove fine dust from skirting boards, trims, doors, frames, switches, ledges and surfaces.
