We need deep cleaning performed for 2 to 3 hours in our house ($75 per hour, or more for the right person). It’s not an end of lease clean, but Airtasker makes us choose the option of regular vs end of lease clean. Also need some cupboards cleaned out - due to being closed up for a while some items have mould on them.
