We require a post-renovation clean, meaning we need a dry clean to remove building dust from various surfaces before any wet-cleaning. It is a one bedroom, open-plan loft apartment, with a kitchen and joint laundry/bathroom. A ladder will be required to reach some higher cupboards, surfaces and light fitting. Floorboards and tiles throughout, no carpet. Will require cleaning inside all kitchen and laundry cupboards and cleaning of the tiles in the bathroom to remove some building scuffs and grime. The walls have been painted since the major works were completed so they are clean, although the glass balcony doors/windows need cleaning. It needs to be done this week by Thursday as we are under some time pressure and need to move back in to the apartment on Friday/Saturday. Expect it would be a one day job.
