Small pool (12,000L) requires cleaning/maintenance. Was well maintained up until about 2-3 weeks ago but has been neglecting since then. Pool water has gone green per photos. Needs a good vacuum, filter cartridge elements may need a clean and pool chemicals balanced.

Need local pool cleaner to vacuum & remove fine dust from the bottom of pool. Opportunity exists for regular pool cleaning once a month. Already chlorinated and flocked, my robot won’t pick up the fine dust. I have a sand filter, but this dust needs to go direct waste, so I have topped up pool ready to go, so it is not circulated back in pool, could be done in a couple of sessions one in the morning and one in the afternoon or next day once dust settles again. Happy to assist I just don’t have the pool equipment to do this task.

Last week I have moved to this house that has an old spa. The spa is operational but I believe the water has been sitting in the spa for the last few months and catching bacteria. I want the water to be drained and spa cleaned and disinfected. Need someone experienced who knows about Spa and can also check the unit. I am not sure if the drainage system is there inbuilt, so please bring drainage pump/ equipment if required. Date: Prefer if someone can come in the next 1-3 days

Pressure wash composite decking to remove dust (from the sandstorms a few months ago). The decking isn’t overly dirty but I’d still like it cleaned to get rid of the dust in the grooves of the decking boards. Approx 6m x 3.5m area. Please use your own pressure washer.
