Regular house cleaner needed for 4 bed / 2.5 bath house clean and maintenance of outdoor courtyard. Own equipment required. $40 an hour.

Budget is for 10 hours - then $35/hour ongoing. I’m looking for someone (local) to keep my garden tidy and pool clean (quite easy), and to keep an eye on my property which has regular short term guests who usually stay from a few days, up to a week or two When a guest checks out, I have professional cleaners come and clean the house from top to bottom, but some guests like to move things around inside, or take them away which the cleaners tend to miss Guests very occasionally have too much rubbish which needs to be taken to my warehouse bins in Cheltenham (open 24/7) which is a 7 minute drive from the house The garden is quite manageable. There is some mowing, weeding, raking, and pruning required. There are two large green waste bins. I also have good quality cordless equipment to use for the job or bring your own. This needs to be done every 2 weeks in spring and summer (usually at the end of every stay for keeping the garden tidy – raking for example) and a little less during the cooler months The pool just needs the filter emptied of leaves every 10 to 14 days depending on the leaves. The cleaners place the robot in the pool and take it out again, but it’s good to have someone just check its filter is emptied and washed out properly and to do this if someone is staying for longer than 2 weeks After the cleaners are done you just need to walk through the house and make sure that everything is where it should be (you will have plenty of photos as a guide) and that the welcome books and Wi-Fi cards are out and that the place is very presentable for the next guests who might be checking-in the same afternoon So, being available when this happens is critical and it can be any day of the week BUT you will know well ahead of time as bookings are taken in advance If you feel this is something you’d like to do for some regular income, are in the Mentone area and are available please let me know Thanks Shaun - Due date: Flexible
