I have a garage that is open on the house-side meaning that I stare into it when I'm in the lounge or in the courtyard. I've downsized as much as possible, but I would love someone to help me work out what I need in terms of shelving, help me to purchase it, build anything that needs to be put together and make it less of an eyesore so that I can enjoy my outdoor table without staring at my clutter. Hello, I need my home decluttered. My kids are 4 and 9 and I need someone to come in and declutter their rooms, sort the items that need to go to the younger from the older, sort through items that are too young/small for the 4 yo. and prepare for selling on ebay. The 9yo has items that are handed down from family for when he grows. I would like these sorted as well into sizes so that they are organised for him. Hi there, we are in need of a house cleaner. If everyone's happy this can roll into an ongoing arrangement. We have a relatively small 2 bedroom house, one bathroom, one toilet, no carpet. We will always tidy the house before you arrive. It is 2 hours worth of cleaning at the most, someone fast and efficient could probably get it done closer to 1 hour. We will supply all cleaning supplies if required; chemicals, mop vacuum etc. The only major caveat is that you will need to be comfortable with our dog (Batman) being present whilst you work. He is medium sized dog, Kelpie Cross. And doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body and the worst thing he'll probably do is follow you around whilst you work. We have a bus stop 50 meters from our house #431 which runs from Yarraville train station or alternatively you could walk from the train station (2km).
