We’re looking for a cleaner/housekeeper extraordinare to come regularly to our house each week for at least one visit- ideally twice. Days are flexible (weekdays). We are 2 adults and one fur baby only. One visit wouid need to be for 4hrs (1 person) due to our eco dryer taking a little longer than some. This will ensure the dryer can run twice for the washing that uses the dryer. HIGH LEVEL TASKS •General cleaning – bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, vacuuming/mopping floors, wiping cupboards/surfaces etc. • Washing, folding and putting clothes away • Changing the master bed linen once a week • Changing the spare bed linen only when needed • Once per week/fortnight fridge cleanout &wipe-out (not a deep clean) • Rotating less frequent jobs, such as cleaning glass doors, cleaning glass on stairs, dusting of walk in wardrobe shelves and other things that may only need doing fortnightly/monthly The main thing that’s important to us is consistency and having the same person each week. Our previous cleaning company regularly changed the person who came, which unfortunately meant things were often missed and there wasn’t much continuity. Because there is also a small housekeeping component, we’d really like someone regular who gets to know the house and what needs doing. We’re looking for a reliable and experienced housekeeper to help for three hours today, anytime after 4:00 pm. The work will include general cleaning, tidying, organising, laundry and helping to keep the home neat and well maintained. This will initially be a three-hour trial, with the opportunity for regular ongoing work two to three times per week for the right person. I need my outdoor tools, paints, etc cleaned and reorganised. I have a space under the house (but it is not very tall), so please don’t bid if you’re not comfortable working in a small/uncomfortable space. Will also require sourcing appropriate storage options (but the cost of these is in addition to the price and I’ll reimburse). I would expect that all items are taken out, cleaned, sorted, and reorganised into appropriate storage with other similar items (making them accessible and easy to find/use). Put rubbish bins out and return them after collection — Randwick We will be away this week and need someone reliable to: • Attend our home on Avoca Street, Randwick, on Wednesday evening and move our red rubbish and green FOGO bin from our driveway through the gate to the kerb. • Return on Thursday afternoon when they have been emptied and move the bins back to the driveway behind the gate. The bins are easy to access and the job should only take less than a minute each time. Please send a photo after putting them out and another after returning them. You must be available for both visits. Exact address and access instructions will be provided to the successful Tasker.
