We use a simple app that sets out the tasks for each visit. It includes regular weekly jobs plus a small number of rotating tasks that appear less often, such as occasional deeper cleaning. Each task has clear instructions and a rough time estimate, so expectations are straightforward and the work is easy to follow. Typical tasks include kitchen and bathroom cleaning, changing bed linen, washing sheets, dusting, wiping surfaces, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, mopping, putting away laundry, and general tidying and reset tasks around the house.
