Hands-On Organiser Needed – Sort, Lift, Separate, Set Up Temp Storage

$150

Regents Park QLD, Australia

20th Mar 2026

WHAT THIS JOB IS : Due to skin sensitivities and dust allergies, I need a hands-on organiser / handy person to do the physical work — lifting, sorting, separating, setting up, and fully organise belongings in a garage space. BACKGROUND: I’m staying somewhere temporarily, and my stuff's in the garage. A lot of boxes and unboxed loose items. See photos. Some are full, and some empty - needing to be kept for packing and ready to go when I move. WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE: 1. Separate my belongings from the homeowner’s belongings in the same area. 2. Create a very clear visual separation between the two. 3. Get all my items sitting off the ground! 4. Make everything accessible and easy to find. 5. Set it up in a way that works temporarily, not as a permanent built-in storage solution. I am happy for you to: 1. Buy suitable temporary storage or shelving and I will reimburse/pay for it. 2. Build a simple temporary solution if that makes more sense. The solution does not need to be fancy, pretty, or permanent. It just needs to be practical, sturdy enough to hold strong, tidy, and easy to access. IMPORTANT : I have skin sensitivities, so I cannot handle the items myself. I need the person hired to be fully hands-on and do the physical handling work for me. WHO I’M LOOKING FOR: I’m looking for someone who is: 1. Experienced with organising cluttered storage areas or garages. 2. Happy to do real physical work, not just advise. 3. Practical and solutions-focused. 4. Comfortable lifting boxes and reorganising contents. 5. Able to help source or create a temporary storage setup. PLEASE REPLY IN YOUR COMMENTS WITH THIS: 1. Based on photos, whether you can help source shelves/storage or if you think building a temporary setup is better, tell me what that would involve / materials. 2. Whether you’re comfortable doing the full physical side of the job. (If I don’t see your comment / bid with these two things, I’ll know you haven’t read the full post.)

Decluttering & organising

$140

Calamvale QLD 4116, Australia

19th Mar 2026

Looking for someone easy to work with, non judgemental to help organise and declutter a home for $35 per hour. I have ADHD & ordered a skip bin but have not allowed myself enough time & am overwhelmed. Just needing someone to assist for a day or a few hours. No cleaning just sorting and helping with sorting, declutterig and moving items to skip bin & do what we can with the time we have. I’m really laid back and cruisy. Thanks so much ! Must be ok with inside dogs. They are friendly and won’t get in the way

I have yard a lot of airtaskers in my time but KACEY takes the cake. As someone with debilitating ADHD, Kacey was no judgemental, asked me about what I needed and what my struggles were and got straight to work. She is fast, thorough, efficient and open to all sorts of work from sorting, decluttering, cleaning etc! So easy to work with and she made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely see Kacey again.

Helping picking up heavy items

$50

Buderim QLD 4556, Australia

8th Mar 2026

I need someone to pick up some heavy towels that have been flooded. My elderly parents cannot pick them up - they have been sodden and are too heavy. You would just need to pick them up, get them in the washing machine and they can take care of the rest. I would normally do this, but currently away.

Michael stepped in quickly to help my elderly parents when I was away. He arrived within 10 minutes of me accepting his bid. And followed up as well. Really appreciated your response and care.
