Duties include: Cleaning Airbnb apartments between 10am–3pm Linen management: wash, dry, fold, iron, and rotate stock before 10:00 AM and after 3:00 PM, when you are not cleaning the apartments. We Pay - - $60 first hour, $40 each hour after We have cleans regularly as we do one night stays :) - The properties are *Cottage - small 2bdrm 2 bath and located at the back of our house. * Retreat - even smaller studio apartment w outdoor bbq/kitchen. Both are onsite at our property in coolum. The cleaning is essentially a changeover between guests. We do all the linen washing here and mow the lawns. We try to keep it as booked up as possible so depending on the length of stays we have from 5- 10 changeovers per week. Given the sometimes last minute nature we feel the best way forward is to have cleaners to share the load each week. However, it may mean one gets more of the work it will depend on how keen the cleaners are 🙂 Check out is 11am (cleaner arrives 11:30am) and check in is 3pm so we have a 4 hour window to finish. Our current cleaners usually takes circa 2 hours on cottage and 1 hour on retreat. Initially it will take longer for someone starting out but it gets alot easier 🙂 so together a day may take 3 hours. You would need an abn on your invoice. We generally do pays weekly and pay on sunday after we have received the weeks invoice. Not sure if this is something you would be interested in or would work for you, we assume the cleaner has their own stuff but we have a vacuum and leaf blower within the airbnb and would be happy to provide cleaning products if you have not done before for the first couple of trials to save you buying items if you were not sure 🙂 we can work it out. We are a household of 3 adults. We all work a lot and are buggered by the end of the week so need a bit of help keeping the kitchen ship shape. Purchased a renovator home and the elderly person who lived in the home was not able to clear the house out for sale. We need help removing all the furniture and personal effects, including underneath the home which has a lot of tools and things for yard work. The job will suit a team so that there is assistance to move the furniture. We would prefer a day or hourly rate. A skip will be provided for the items to be removed to and anything that we are keeping will be moved into a garage area. Access is good - wide staircase at the front.
