Wheelbarrow and gloves provided. I have an area of pebbles that need to be put in a wheelbarrow and moved 10m to a skip. The pebbles are 5cm to 12cm diameter and are to tightly packed to be dug with a spade. They must be picked up by hand and placed in a bin. Need to be strong enough to lift a 15 to 20kg bin of rocks 1m off the ground to put into bin. Best done early bettween 7am and noon as it get hot. Paying per hour rate for upto 5 hours hard work. We’re parents to a newborn baby, therefore do not have the time & basically too exhausted to do some of the cleaning chores around the house. We’re OCD people, so we’re already constantly cleaning as we go. The house is always well organised & cleaned, however certain things do get neglected. Like dusting, bathroom, toilets, ovens, cabinets, blinds, ironing, vacuuming, mopping & etc. Each fortnight, we will provide you with a list of what needs to be done. Then the next fortnight something different. We DO NOT need a professional cleaning company. We are just after someone that is looking for causal work & is happy to come in once a fortnight to help us out with some house work, while we focus on the baby & working from home. The job is ongoing. Once a fortnight (any day of the week) 4 hours. $25 an hour. We also have two toy cavoodles. They are very well behaved, trained & loves people. The budget of $135 set is what we're looking to pay for the 3 meals per week. This can be negotiated depending on the serving size and quality of the cooking. We are looking for someone to prepare fresh home cooked meals 3 times a week ongoing either delivered to us or we can pick it up in the Maidstone area. We are looking to free up more time in the evenings to have some family time as we have 2 young kids and both adults have very busy jobs. The more variety of dishes and cuisines will be better and we're just looking for someone who can provide food like if our parents were bringing it over.

One portable garden bed full of soil, plus a few extra bags that are no longer in need of use, to be taken for your own use. Paying $100 per hour to take clothes/shoes out of wardrobe and put into bags. Put books from shelf into bags. Sweep floor and help us clear out and pack up a 2brm unit. Place not often cleaned so probably suit someone used to working with a hoarder. Must be able to do this morning, more hours paid for at same rate available until job is done.

I am in my late 50s and live in a small, 2 br appartment. I have the spare room overflowing with items belonging to my deceased son. I need new, smaller boxes so if I do have to find something, I’m not throwing a large amount of stuff on the floor to get through it. I have since fallen behind with some kitchen cleaning and ironing, etc. I’m just a little overwhelmed right now. I doubt it would take more than three hours to get it done. I just can’t find the place to start, every week I just feel it’s too much. I live in Maidstone. These items may seem like clothes and rubbish to some but they are what a young man left behind, my 17 yo son, and everything I have if his means something. I’m told it would take about $30 ph to do it and I can afford that price for a few hours if that is indeed the going price. I’m sure cleaning this up will help immensely with my mental health. Possibility of ongoing work, maybe 3-4 hours per fortnight depending on season, school terms etc. Tasks: Organise house, write down where things are. Fold clothes and organise cupboards. Do all household tasks from cleaning lots of cobwebs in garage to putting up pictures, to cleaning toilet and vacuuming, basic gardening and spraying weeds. Time: 1 weekday every few weeks. Between- start after 10am and finish before about 6:00pm (before 3pm would be ideal) (3 to 5 hours at a time). Will pay max $83 for 3 hours. Then $23 per hour after that. Should be within 15-20 minutes of Maidstone.

I am looking for someone to cook a special meal for our wedding anniversary. It will be for the two of us only as i have found someone to care for our children. I would like the chef to shop for the ingredients and clean up afterwards. It will be for March the 16th for an early dinner. I am wanting 3 courses and am open to the style of cuisine.
