Hi, Hope you’re having a great start to the week! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for an ongoing weekly 2hour clean in Liverpool. We live in a high-rise apartment. Parking is available in the building between 10 AM–2 PM, with street parking outside those times. We prefer cleaning at around 12pm and are available most weekdays. We have a young baby, so reliability is important. Ideally, we’d like the same person and same day each week rather than different cleaners. We prefer weekly cleaning (not fortnightly/monthly) to keep the home running smoothly. Half the work is standard cleaning and the other half includes light organising and general upkeep of our home. Our home includes: • One bedroom • Baby nursery • Home office • Small kitchen • Open-plan living/dining + balcony • One bathroom + one ensuite (both compact) Weekly tasks include: • Standard cleaning • Changing bed linen and replacing towels • Hand-washing the occasional pot/knife (not dishwasher-safe) • Tidying and ensuring everything is neat • Emptying bins • Dusting and general upkeep • Sweeping the balcony occasionally • Cleaning glass balcony doors Requirements: • Fully insured • Valid police check • Ability to provide invoices (services will be paid by iCare and must be approved) We’re hoping to find someone experienced who understands how we run our home, takes initiative, and is looking for a long-term, consistent opportunity. I have looked after my mum for six years till she passed away two months ago. I’ve always taken Pride in my home, but I have let it go during the time I was looking after Mum. I have three wardrobes I need help sorting out old clothes and make my wardrobe clean and organized I am very bad with organising Please help

Large tall laundry basket of washed clothes need to be folded. We imagine that within this time 2-3 sets of washes can be completed: home owner can assist in hanging them out. Instructions on how the home owner prefers their clothes to be folded will be provided upon arrival.

My garage requires rearranging and relocatin either to the same space which is the garage itself or under the stairs which is a 3m walk from garage step. Only heavy item would be tiles and floorboards. The other loose items are either empty or semi filled paint cans/tubs, boxes, confluence (super lightweight), baby wipes boxes, mower which can be wheeled to position very easily no lifting required for this.
