We’re a busy family of 3 – husband, wife and our toddler daughter – and we’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and practical person to provide ongoing household help 2–3 times per week. We both work full-time and our daughter is in care 5 days a week. We’re looking for someone who can genuinely help take some of the day-to-day domestic load off our shoulders. This is not a deep-cleaning job. We’d like someone who is happy to work through a rotating list of household priorities depending on what needs doing that day. Tasks may include: * Laundry – washing, hanging out, bringing in and folding clothes * Putting away laundry and generally keeping things organised * Dishes / loading and unloading dishwasher * Changing bed sheets * Vacuuming and mopping floors * Wiping down kitchen, bathroom and other surfaces * Dusting * General tidying and household reset * Helping organise and rearrange pantry, kitchen and bathroom cupboards, wardrobes etc. * Light meal preparation / cooking * Preparing nutritious, toddler-friendly meals and snacks – particularly helpful if you enjoy cooking and have experience with fussy toddlers! We’re looking for someone who is proactive and comfortable looking around and identifying what needs doing, rather than needing detailed instructions for every little task. Ideally, we’d love to find someone who can become a regular part of our weekly routine and who takes pride in their work. Frequency: 2–3 times per week Hours: Ideally around 3 hours per visit, but open to discussing what works best. We’re a friendly, respectful family and are looking for someone dependable, honest, caring and comfortable working around a toddler and a busy family home.
