👋🏼 Seeking someone reliable with attention to detail, to help with regular weekly home help (cooking, cleaning and general organisation). It can be done weekly or fortnightly, all on one day, or broken up into two - flexible with the arrangement. Looking at about 6 hours per week paid in cash. But when you quote me, please quote for one hour and I’ll pay you for how many hours we decide. Specific cooking tasks would include making batches of meals to freeze, especially my youngest’s favourites like pumpkin soup, spaghetti bolognase, and my teens faves too. We make yummy frittatas and chicken and veg soup, but they go so quick! Basically I need help to build up a stockpile of dinners, rather than doing it all day to day, which the teens just demolish :) They love Greek food, so it’s a bonus if you’re a whizz with that but it’s not essential. We are not seeking vegan meals - myself and the teens prefer low carb, higher protein. So any casseroles, soups, stews, or other protein based meals requiring a bit more prep time than the usual steak and veg. The kitchen will need to be cleaned after finishing. Cleaning tasks include general cleaning (floors, bathrooms etc) tidying, organisation as well as cleaning all spaces. This part is negotiable, I have been using a cleaner and would prefer to pay one person to do both. But I can keep the cleaner and have the other help, if you’re very strong in other areas.
