We have a 4 bedroom home in Rosanna. We are a family of 3 with a small dog. I require a regular housekeeper twice a week for 2 hours to help with many different tasks. Organising, cleaning, washing etc. We are willing to pay $35 an hour. Will need experience.

Hello, we are a small family with a special needs child and a fairly fluffy indoor pet. I would like your friendly help with simple cleaning tasks. First cleaning visit 1-2 hours: - dishwasher emptied and reloaded. - laundry hanging or folding. - wiping the bathroom sink Let's start with $35 per hour for the first visit. It's your choice if you want to stay 1 or 2 hours. You can bring your own supplies or use the supplies I have. If you live very close to us (less than 20 travel time) and would like to continue, we could discuss regular visits that involve basic cleaning. Basic cleaning, general weekly/monthly menu: - dishwasher emptied and refilled. - taking out garbage if it is full. - sweeping - mopping. - laundry hanging or folding. - sweeping child's room - sometimes a microwave, oven or fridge clean up. - cleaning mirrors and windows - wiping the bathroom sink - occasional toilet clean - vacuuming Tidying of tables or shelves is not necessary, I prefer to do most of it. Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: 2 Number of bathrooms: 1 Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide
