My mother recently passed and I need to clean out her two bedroom ground floor townhouse in its entirety ready for a bond clean. This task would involve removing everything from the property- from big appliances to clothes in the wardrobe, cups in the kitchen cupboards etc. Happy for you to keep anything of value (fridge, washing machine etc) and either donate or dump the rest.
