We are looking for someone to assist in organizing our wardrobe and sons wardrobe and potentially other areas in our house. We are after someone who can work from an hourly rate, and can work efficiently.

A client of mine has a capacity for 3hrs a week for cleaning and would want something weekly to keep on top of things. She has 4 kids so the house cleaning gets super overwhelming for her to keep on top of it all. She preferably would like female workers only as she has CPTSD and would provide her with more comfortability. We’re still working out what exactly she needs help with the most and would love to work with you on working that out. But think the bathroom, hallway, kitchen & lounge room are what primarily needs general clean and tidy ie. cleaning all of bathroom and toilet, dishes, clearing and wiping benches, vacuum, mop, putting away toys & other misc items etc. Then moving forward for continuing weeks we could look towards helping out with laundry but just need to gauge how long everything takes and what she can afford in her budget. If the first day takes slightly longer to learn & get in the hang of things that’s totally fine, understand you guys will be getting used to the house and where everything is to begin with. Two cleaners would likely be better for job, but we have had one cleaner on her own and is doable. Invoicing needs to be done through NDIS, so she will send an invoice through to them and once she is paid she is able to send payment through. Usually only takes a few days after invoice submission. NDIS Cleaning rate is maximum of $58.03 per hour.

Mother's Helper in Wavell Heights Our fabulous house fairy of 3 years is sadly relocating to the Gold Coast so now seeking help to keep our busy home running smoothly. The role includes tidying, laundry and meal preparation, 3 weekdays per week (9-10 hours per week). Rate $27/hr Would be perfect for an au pair or uni student looking for additional hours.

need 2 or more people to carry for 40 metres up a 30' slope: - 34 concrete retaining wall sleepers (1.6m x 20cm x 75mm). 60kg each. need 2 people to carry 1 sleeper. - 60 x 20kg bags concrete - 60 x 20kg bag gravel. because it needs to go up set of stairs, its not practical to use a wheelbarrow for the last 20 metres. (first 20m is ok). also sleepers not practical in wheelbarrow. must be carried by hand. first 20m is concrete walkway and last 20m is stairs. we have done 90 sleepers and 20 bags previously. I estimate it will take 2 man team: - 90 mins to carry 34 sleepers - 150 mins to carry 120 bags. (I may be able to get some ramps and you may then be able to wheelbarrow 5 at a time the entire 40m) so 4 hrs per person = 8 hrs for both people. I am pricing this on total 8 hrs. I’m very flexible on day. / time. If you want to do it over multiple days, that’s fine. The sleepers arrive Monday morning 9am and the bags arrive Monday afternoon. Ideally I would like this done in the next week or so. This is a 2 man job.

I need help to move my belongings from one storage unit (1.5m x 3 m)to another (4m x 5m) (in same facilty). Can load into car or ute as there is nothing really big and trolleys are available. Most items are not heavy and can be lifted by one person, I can help with some of the lifting.
