Over the last few years we’ve done a rushed downsizing and sold our previous home, which has resulted in boxes and boxes of mixed items being stored under our highset house. It’s now at the point where we need a practical, hands-on professional to help us sort, categorise, and create order before proper decluttering can begin. What the job will involve: Going through numerous packed boxes Collating like items into logical sections Creating organised zones/categories that make sense Working alongside me as decisions are made about: Repacking in a more functional order Relocating items to different areas Creating discard/donate piles This will be a collaborative process — I’ll provide guidance as we go, but I need someone confident in leading the physical organisation side of things. Environment: Garage space under a highset home Expect dust, dirt, and the occasional spider Pedestal fans available for cooling Doors at either end can be opened for airflow Some heavy lifting required Ongoing Opportunity: Once the under-house area is complete, there will be similar organising projects inside the home, so this could lead to additional work.
