Professional Packers /organisers + general cleaning required! I need someone who has a get stuff done attitude and can think on their feet to manage the final stages of a move. All supplies are supplied and I please need the person to be fluent in English - I need to manage the job remotely, so communication is key. We have packed up our home and put in storage, however entire cupboards were missed and there is a pile of things (collated into one area) that needs to be sorted out into boxes etc. The total amount of left over items would fit into a small bedroom. No big/heavy items, just lots of smaller and misc items + office files. I will send a tighter brief upon acceptation of the job. I will require the person to pull out remaining items from 3 cupboards, then do a once over clean of the place. Vacume, Mop + polish wooden floors (mop and wooden floor product left at premise) then a wipe down of any missed surface areas + cupboards . The apartment was professionally cleaned "end of Leaser" clean but it was not a very good job im afraid. So I need the person to have a good eye and run their eyes over the apartment to ensure everything is up to standard for the handover (which is already well past its due date so time is of essence) Next part is to organise/pack /store the remaining items which are all collated together downstairs in the building. My estimate is the job will take approx 5 hours. I expect the job to be completed for the allocated budget, even if it takes a bit longer, so I have priced this at a higher rate to buffer. I dont need the job completed within the chosen time frame I just need it started within the chosen timeframe :) I dont have any pics im afraid as im not at the property.
