Cleaning one room apartment. Deep clean bathroom and small balcony floor.

I have a regular size couch and a small mat in my a lounge room in the apartment that needs some steam cleaning. There's no major stains or anything but just general wear and tear means it needs a touch up. Looking for a deep steam clean on both to give them a fresh look

I’m just about to have a baby and I want the bathroom scrubbed, part of my nesting phase. The shower grout needs a good clean, so does the floor etc. I want the bathroom to have a deep clean (not a surface clean) so that I can just maintain it for guests over the coming months. You must have the equipment to give it a really deep clean and scrub and be experienced in this. It’s certainly not filthy by other peoples standards, but it does need a good clean.
