2bdrm apartment needs to be cleaned for an end of lease

I have a small, older style 2 bedroom unit in Double Bay (the poor end, not the ritzy end). Unit 2 of 466 New South Head Road Double Bay. Job can be done Thursday or Friday or Saturday or Sunday this week. Some tenants have just left and one person (with the larger room) did some OK cleaning but the other (in the smaller room) didn't do as much. The place was spotless when they moved in but 1-1/2 years without a deep clean needs some catching up. The cleaning that I need is: 1. Both built-in cupboards and drawers and the railings on which the doors roll. Upper shelves too. 2. The skirting boards and where the skirting meets the wooden floor, mainly but not only in the smaller bedroom. 3. Spider webs all over ceiling of smaller bedroom. 4. All picture rails in the unit were not cleaned – they need a damp cloth with cleaning chemicals. 5. Marks on all walls although mainly in the smaller bedroom. 6. Remove the 5 glass light covers in loungeroom and give them a deep soak and clean. 7. Replace broken light bulbs: 1 in loungeroom and 1 in bathroom. 8. Clean the tiles around the stove with tile cleaner. Check if other tiles need cleaning. 9. Bottoms of the kitchen cupboards and drawers all need a good clean. 10. Clean the floors throughout the unit. Sweep first, then mop. I will provide the wood floor cleaner and tile and lino floor cleaner and the mop. 11. The ledges are dusty. Ledges in the door frames, window ledges, 12. Clean the mirrors on the sliding wardrobes (5 floor to ceiling mirrors). 13. Bathroom tiled walls could do with a chemical wipe over, especially near the sink. The ledges on top of tiles need a deep clean after 1-1/2 years of grime. 14. Windows everywhere not cleaned for 1-1/2 years. I prefer methylated spirits and newspaper but if you have your technique then I’m fine with that. 15. External window frames are thick with dirt and grime and need a deep clean. I am happy for you to either nominate a fixed rate for the job or a per hour rate (with a guess at how long you think the job will take).
