Couch looks great! Communication was good. Was close to time arranged. My only complaint is there was a lot of water on my floorboards during the clean which can seep between the boards and create a lip (my floorboards are laminax and you are meant to dry mop, no water should be left on it). Fingers crossed we got all the water up in time before any damage was caused.
