I’m here from interstate for a family emergency however the accommodation I’m staying in at Kurnell NSW needs some TLC & I have a bad back so I’m unable to do any of the “hard yakka” cleaning required.Needs to be completed at Wednesday 2:30pm. Alternatively 10am Thurs or 10am Fri or 3pm Fri would suit also. The house (a beach shack with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom) has carpet, lino & wooden floorboards only. I have a step ladder if needed for any of the dusting/cobweb removal up high (mainly near back door/laundry). I want the following items ONLY concentrated on & done thoroughly for 2 hours. I have multiple disabilities & back injuries thus I need the cleaner to do all the heavy duty cleaning I am unable to do. Im not looking for someone to do a general all over clean. I only want these specific areas addressed. You’ll need to BYO vacuum/bucket/mop/broom/duster etc. I’ve listed everything in order & detail so it’s easy to follow. 1) go through house & do all dusting eg air con ceiling vents, lights, tv unit & hutch, lamps, window sills, cornices, lights, in every room. Kitchen-floors only. 2. bathroom - clean shower, basin, floor & mirror 3. toilet-clean/disinfect plus clean window sill & floors 4. Laundry - floors only 5. EXTREMELY thorough vacuum - the dogs drop lots of fur (especially under the cupboards/tv unit/lounge). Only the lounge & bedroom are carpeted & they need a very thorough vacuum (you will need to move light items/furniture to vacuum properly). 6. clean any internal windows inside & out (x 3) window sills, glass door in sunroom (x1) at front of house. 7.mop all floors SUPER thoroughly please. They are very basic tasks but need a competent, experienced cleaner with a great attention to detail that can methodically work through the above list. Please & thank you 🙏 ☺️ I will be home to provide guidance if needed & to keep the dogs out of ur way (but they will remain inside). If you have allergies or dislike dogs this task won’t be appropriate.

Well maintained unit that has floor boards & tiles only (no carpet or stairs) needs the following items ONLY done as I’ve hurt my back & am unable to do this week. Please don’t quote on all over general clean - I want the following items ONLY concentrated on & done thoroughly for 1.5 hours. Must accept Afterpay as payment method & must be reliable. Can use all my products & equipment including steam mop and/or normal mop.I’ve listed everything in order & detail so it’s easy to follow. 1) go thru & do all dusting from top to bottom eg vent in kitchen, lights/vent in bathroom, ornaments, shelves in lounge room, tv unit & hutch, lamps, window sills & a thorough dust & wipe down of blinds in spare room. No need to dust or clean ANYTHING in kitchen except floor & vent. The idea is to dust all dirt & short haired dog hair onto floor to vaccuum up shortly) 2) thorough clean of vent in kitchen (will give u step ladder to reach) 3) clean shower & toilet ONLY (I will pre spray with Shower Power soap scum remover the night before) so then just need to do all the scrubbing of the grout, tiles & especially the glass to remove soap scum & rinse product off thoroughly 4) EXTREMELY thorough vacuum (especially under my bed/tv unit as I can’t bend to get under there) required throughout following thorough dust of unit. 5) Empty vacuum & bin. 6) steam mop all floors SUPER thoroughly. If time allows can do living area twice. Very basic tasks but need a competent, experienced cleaner with a great attention to detail who will put their back into tasks (so to speak- because I can’t due to injury/surgery). Please & thank you 🙏 ☺️ I will be home to provide guidance if needed & to keep 2 little dogs out of ur way. However if you have allergies or are scared of dogs please note they will remain inside in whatever room I am in. They won’t go outside without me.’ Note: I have already vacuumed each day as well as Roomba’d in bedrooms but needs doing again post dusting & under items I can’t bend to reach while injured. Walls/doors to be spot wiped, all surfaces, cupboard doors cleaned, floors and windows cleaned, kitchen and bathroom detailed. Approximately 6 hours cleaning needed before 5th May during school hours. Must be fully vaxed and up to date with Covid booster.
