I will provide all linens/towels and I have cleaning supplies, a vacuum and a mop in the apartment. I have allowed some extra $$ to cover your Airtasker fees, however there is potential for future bookings in between guest stays that I will pay $90 cash direct to you. - My Airbnb apartment is almost always booked out so lots of work in the future!

It’s a small apt see photos so full clean should take less than an hour - Weekly arrangement, laundry of linen not required but could be useful.

Hi, This 5 bedrooms 1 bathrooms two toilet Airbnb house needs to do cleaning almost every week even more time each week. The cleaning must finished between 10am to 5pm. Because the check out time is 10am. And next guest check in time is 5pm. You also need to wash the bedding with my disinfectant and towels and put clean bedding on beds. Chean the house, furniture, appliances all items every time and make photo record of every damage and missing. Take photos of every area after cleaning. Are you OK with that? Please let me know. AirBnB cleans after guests leave - 4 bedroom'd house - it would involve all the usual things such as cleaning the whole house from top to bottom, including bathrooms and then wiping out the fridge/oven etc. Also beds would need to be stripped and remade. Happy for the laundry to be sent out to actually be washed - we have two lots of everything. The property is on Scotland Island - you could get a water taxi from Church Point to our house/jetty or there is also a ferry. (It's less than 10 mins to our house from Church Point) We have a vacuum cleaner/mop etc at home so you wouldn't need to drag stuff over here. Not sure about when we will get bookings but most likely over the December/January period. I have been charging people $350 for cleaning so that's what I will put in the budget but obviously this doesn't take into account the laundry cost or the cost of transport to get there. - Due date: Flexible
