I'm looking for a chef to prepare a barbecue for four people. We are visitors from California renting an Airbnb house. We eat low carb meals of meat, fish, veggies, berries, nuts, dark chocolate ( no rice, potatoes , bread). We are looking for something Australian themed to enjoy with red Aussie wine that we will supply ourselves.

We are hosting a private dinner party for 14 and require a person with a good knowledge of food and cooking to assist us in the kitchen. We will be using local Victorian produce and preparing three courses. Task will include food prep, cooking and presentation.

Must be willing to travel to Drummond venue (roughly 1 hour from Melbourne). Any quotes need to include travel and clean up. Hey there, I am looking to host a dinner party for my friends. There will be 8 people there including myself. I was looking for someone to do the cooking so that i can just sit back and relax withe my friends. I dont have any particular menu in mind, but i wanted it to be 3 courses of food, entree, mains and desert. I am happy to buy the ingredients needed. I would like some steak fritz for mains, but other than that, the starters and desert , im not too fuzzed about. You must have some experience cooking professionally/ catering. Busy family of 6 are looking for an experienced private chef to assist with food preparation. Our family prides itself on eating a clean, organic, gluten and dairy free lifestyle, so someone well versed in this philosophy, and passionate about this way of life would be best suited. 1 shift a week on Mondays 2-6pm. Menu, recipes and all food are provided. Ideally 4 main meals, 1 breakfast, 1 dessert and 1 snack should be prepared during this timeframe. This requires someone who has great time management skills as well as an ability to move between one or more recipes at a time. Person will be required to maintain work area clean, wash all utensils used throughout the shift and leave work area as it was found.
