Seeking experienced chef to create, cook and serve a multi-course meal for 30th dinner party. I am open to different cuisines and would love to chat about options with you based on your expertise. Broadly, I’m seeking an elevated experience similar to what you might have in a nice restaurant (but in the comfort of our house in Paddington!). We have a reasonably stocked kitchen in terms of utensils but depending on what you make, you may need to bring some of your own stuff. The proposed budget is for 16 PAX and includes cost of goods. Looking for an experienced cook to cook a lunch for friends once a month on a Sunday

I’m looking for help in hosting a private dinner party. I’ll be creating the menu, buying ingredients and prepping/starting most of the food I’m just looking for an experienced person to finish it off (eg season where necessary, add minor finishing ingredients or take just off the stove/oven) and put onto table to serve. Also looking for them to clean up after the meal including collecting plates, loading dishwasher and cleaning dishes once done. Would suit someone in the hospitality industry with cooking experience but nothing too technical needed as most will be done. My 60th bday for 60 people in my home. Will have all food - booze, glasses, platters etc Just need a chef to prep and a waiter to serve and tend bar in between. Including clean up of food, bottles etc Cocktails will be served from 5-6 (I have nieces doing that) and food will be provided by me.
