We require a chef or suitably qualified cook to prepare a BBQ for an event being held from 4.30pm to 7:30pm. Our premises has a gas BBQ on site and a private kitchenette on site. Roughly 100 attendees. The theme is Aussie festival / Summer - we are open to either providing the ingredients for you to prepare or in the alternative, you provide a quote which includes food and labour. Types of food include gourmet sausages (inc veg option), variety of skewers, assortment of fresh salads, buttered bread rolls, sauces and condiments, and perhaps some cold platters with an assortment of meats, cheeses, olives etc. Please provide an idea of menu items upon offer. Would prefer to stick to budget however can discuss further if required - please ensure price is inclusive of labour and ingredients. I am looking for a cook who could make healthy food for two people on weekdays. I would prefer an arrangement where someone could come home at least 2-3times a week and make healthy vegetarian food or Indian food (Salad, 1 Sabzi, 1 daal n rotis or as per requirement)

Chef required to cook and test children's meals menu with us. 10-12 meals will need to be tested - all of which are easy to prepare. Recipes will be provided, however we would like the chef to provide their own insight on how meal can be improved (improved ingredients and/or cooking instructions). We'd prefer the work to take place at the chef's kitchen - commercial or personal. We can flex on day of week and timing, and location. Additional clarifications - - The meals are very simple. Think mac and cheese. Meatballs. Pasta and sauce. Most ingredients will be off the shelf. Very few recipes will require actual cooking. But it would be good, during the preparation of each meal, to obtain insight from the chef on how the meal may be improved. - I would expect to be in attendance at the kitchen, and the meals will be plated and/or packaged into takeaway containers. - There is no strict deadline, but as soon as possible is preferred. Ideally this week. Half day session (~3-4 hours) can be split across two days. Happy to discuss.
