Fix water damage rotten wood

The slates on one side of my bed have come off the main frame you can see in the photos where the piece has broken and come off … I am happy to pay for the material cost of this job I know materials cost will vary … it’s not a huge job but would need someone who knows how to make this secure and sturdy … PS I HAVE taken a photo of the other side of the slates that are intact

I have wood rot in the window frame and need a solution to fix and repair it. The rot goes right through to the other side of the frame. I also need the frame to be cohesive and painted to look like my other window frames.

Small amount of rot on the corner joins in the frames on both windows. 4 spots need repairing or replacing.
