The end result will be something which lasts, is very cost effective , and looks beautiful and unique. Hopefully this carpenter will be passionate to join other similar projects. Materials will be delivered on site and estimated hours with an hourly rate will be discussed before the job. There is also the opportunity to be part of multiple builds like this in the future. Optional: It's negotiable to use the building for future vacations for free, as part of the payment among multiple off grid buildings.
