Looking for a painter to prime with a stain blocking base and repaint a room. Dimensions approx 2.84m by 3.59m, plus the ceiling. One wall has a window which is approx 1.795m wide by 1.47m high. Bring your own tools and products and include all labour and materials in the quote. Prefer not to remove the wall mounted AC. Wall mounted TV either needs safe removal and remount, or paint carefully around it.

I’m looking to install a stainless steel rain curtain waterfall for my pool, similar to the one shown in the attached photo. The challenge is that my pool is approximately 800 mm away from the house wall, so I need a custom solution to bridge that gap. My initial idea is to have the stainless steel rain curtain welded to two stainless steel support poles at least 1.2m long, which would then be securely fixed to the house wall. I’ve attached a picture of the support pole I’m referring to (labelled 1). If you think there’s a better or stronger design that would achieve the same result while maintaining a clean, modern appearance, I’m happy to consider alternative ideas. My main objective is to create a sturdy, aesthetically pleasing installation that allows the rain curtain waterfall to extend over the pool despite the 800 mm offset from the wall.

Indeed 6 bedreoms and 2 living rooms and stairs to be carpet cleaned besides on one other living area as we haven’t used it much .
