I have 4 wall‑mounted mirrors already installed in my home in Auchenflower and want to install metal trim around the outside edge to hide age marks. I’ve purchased 15 mm stainless steel adhesive trim/edge and need someone experienced with fine metal cutting work to: • Accurately measure and cut the stainless trim with clean 45° mitre corners. 8 cuts per mirror. • Lightly deburr/clean the cuts so corners close neatly • Install the trim around the existing mirrors without damaging walls, paint or glass Details: • Location: Auchenflower, QLD • Nmber of mirrors: 4 • Trim: Stainless adhesive strip supplied by me (on site) You will need: • Suitable tools to cut thin stainless steel cleanly and accurately. eg: Fine‑tooth metal‑cutting drop saw / chop saw (carbide or thin abrasive disc), with a properly set 45° mitre gauge, and a stop block so all same‑length pieces match. • Careful, detail‑oriented approach as this is a visible finish around bathroom mirrors. Prepare and seal deck. Will need tannin remover wash first and then sealer/stain. Have all materials. Using Intergrain products.

sanding and repainting front deck and gates underneath

I need a Stainless Steel welder today if possible to cut and fix a couple of legs supporting a stone bench. One is too long and the other too short. You may need to supply tubing.

We would like our front and rear upstairs verandahs sanded and stained, each one is 16sqm (2m x 8m). They are in pretty good condition and need to be sanded and have a couple of coats of Intergrain natural stain. I can supply the Intergrain stain.

I need a new set of external wooden stairs painted/sealed. Would involve filling screw holes, light sanding and cleaning and then primer/painting/sealing. Looking for someone with experience who could come and quote for the job and then get the job done. Have put $10 on job only because need to receive a quote first and get an idea of cost.

Stain in carpet, tried to spot clean, didn’t do much

Bench in photo has old wood and is rotting. Wood needs to be replaced and stained. The wood seen in the photo is 3.24 metres long. Wood and stain will be paid for but transportation from bunnings will be needed as our car isn’t big enough,

3 x 4 metres of paving needs to be laid from the kitchen window (seen in photo / existing bricks need to be removed). Pavers will be provided - needs to be perfectly leveled for an aluminum pergola to be fitted on top of new pavers. The rest of the existing floor bricks running across the back of the house and down to the side gate need to be cleaned and stained darker to best match the pavers. Stain will be provided.

Stains on lino. There is a yellow stain in the first photo near the kitchen sink caused by using a doormat as a mat. The mat got wet and left that stain. There are also some oil stains that a can't remove in the corner. And some other stubborn stains. I think another oil stain too. Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: None Number of bathrooms: None Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide (although I do have a couple of things).

I've provided measurements and photos below of our front deck, stair landing and small back deck. We would like them sanded and stained to the current colour. We can be flexible with dates. I've not put a budget number because I'm unsure of what this job would cost.
