Bench in photo has old wood and is rotting. Wood needs to be replaced and stained. The wood seen in the photo is 3.24 metres long. Wood and stain will be paid for but transportation from bunnings will be needed as our car isn’t big enough,

3 x 4 metres of paving needs to be laid from the kitchen window (seen in photo / existing bricks need to be removed). Pavers will be provided - needs to be perfectly leveled for an aluminum pergola to be fitted on top of new pavers. The rest of the existing floor bricks running across the back of the house and down to the side gate need to be cleaned and stained darker to best match the pavers. Stain will be provided.

Stains on lino. There is a yellow stain in the first photo near the kitchen sink caused by using a doormat as a mat. The mat got wet and left that stain. There are also some oil stains that a can't remove in the corner. And some other stubborn stains. I think another oil stain too. Type of clean: Regular Number of bedrooms: None Number of bathrooms: None Equipment and supplies: Tasker must provide (although I do have a couple of things).
