I need someone to help me with painting the upper area cladding of our house. prime coast, plus 2 coats. The top section only. As well as 2 coats of stain to the upper wooden eaves. All undercoat, paint and stain provided. Using delux night sky black paint. I am keen to paint the rest of the house myself, but cannot reach this high. I do need someone who is skilful enough not get any paint on the eaves. if you have your own insurance that would be great.

We have a deck outside (rectangular shape) and also an L shaped area around our pool that needs to be stained to elevate look of our house to put on market for upcoming sale.

I'm need of someone able to rig up some stainless steel cables over my courtyard garden area, to create a bit of an overhead trellis to grow ornamental grape vines over. There would be 6x drill/wall attachment points (Four of them into brick/masonry, and two into timber). So ideally someone who knows how to drill into both materials. I've yet to purchase the stainless steel cables, hooks, screws, turnbuckles etc required for the job- so there's flexibility of time. Perhaps within 1-2 weeks. I've attached some photos of the courtyard walls that will need screws/hooks in, as well as a simple diagram of the cable layout (simple criss crossed diamond pattern), and a mock up image of the vines grown- for the end result. Courtyard area is 6m x 5.5m in area- so roughly 25 metres of cable in total to be rigged up.

Apply two coats of oil stain to 6 timber posts - each post is approx 900mm high. I will purchase the oil from bunnings if you can pick it up. You are to supply everything else.
