Need to paint over stain

Needing an experienced professional to repair this oven cleaner stain on my hardwood floors. The sealant has come off as well.

Stain removed from carpet (permanent marker was used on the carpet). A few small areas. I’ve already tried Vanish stain remover, acetone, and a scrubbing brush with no luck. I might need a patch of the carpet cut out and repaired in that area. Can anyone help with this?
