External wall approx 12 metres long (not sure if timber or vinyl board) laid directly onto concrete foundation. Base of wall internally is damp. Flashing appears nonexistent. Wall requires flashing and a waterproof membrane installation , as well as some cladding to the existing boards. The replace,Etal of a galvanised steel soaker required to cover a mitred corner.
