What do carpenters do?

It is a 12mtr x 8mt shed. Current builder has taken over 2 years to erect only half of the shed. All the frame is up as wellas half the colour bond sheets. The rest of the sheets 3 roller doors and a side door needs to be installed and last council inspection by January 4 otherwise permit will lapse and have to reapply and pay for a new permit. I don’t think this builder has any intention of finishing it by that time - Due date: Before Thursday, 4 January 2024
