1. Timber ramp to be removed- approx 3 m long and disposed of most of the timber 2. Balustrades to be re-attached as some have rotted a bit 3. Decking to be re- nailed here and there 4. New balustrade (see blue line on the photo, construction details tbc) 5..And about 4 timber treads to be replaced. (Metal stringers are ok condition) 6. And 4 timber treads to be replaced, timber strings to be assessed but I think it is ok.) I can send more photos as I am at the house tomorrow. (8th) Thank you

Hello, We are looking for a skilled handyman, joiner, or cabinet maker to repair a broken drawer at our retail store, in Morayfield Shopping Centre. The Issue: A drawer in our main counter behind the sales desk is broken and will not close fully. It appears the drawer runner (slider) has failed, as a small ball bearing from the mechanism has fallen out. This is a safety and operational issue, as the drawer protrudes into the staff walkway. The Job: The task is to replace the faulty drawer runners to make the drawer fully functional again. The scope of work will involve: 1. Carefully removing the drawer from the cabinet. 2. Assessing and removing the old, broken pair of drawer runners from both the drawer and the cabinet. 3. Supplying and installing a new, high-quality pair of drawer runners that are the correct size and weight capacity for the drawer. 4. Correctly installing the drawer back into the cabinet. 5. Testing the drawer to ensure it opens and closes smoothly and fully. Please note: The successful contractor MUST supply the new replacement drawer runners. The cost for these materials must be included in your final offer. Requirements: - MUST have proven experience with cabinetry repairs and installing drawer runners. - You must supply all your own tools AND the new replacement runners (as mentioned above). - Ability to work professionally and cleanly within a live retail environment. - Public liability insurance is required. I’m needing my display cabinet repaired it’s had parts fall off and is no longer sturdy thanks to it’s long life wanting someone to bring it back to life and stabilise it alittle while also repairing the parts that have fallen off, I have the parts that have come away, the bottom will need repairing as it is all fluffy thanks to weather and being moved.. please see attached photos, you will see in the front picture that there is a gap that used to have a stabilising piece of wood
