We are looking for a carpenter / cabinet maker to form space in our existing kitchen for a dishwasher to be installed - we have yet to buy a dishwasher, as we are unsure what type (free-standing, integrated, built in, under bench or drawer). We had a small drawer dishwasher with a cupboard above it that we have tried to remove today - we successfully got the dishwasher out but the cupboard is proving very difficult to remove without causing damage to the bench and cupboards around it. Was hoping a handyman or similar might know how to help! The cupboard appears to be glued in - need it completely gone to make way for a new full size dishwasher. Ideally someone that could pop around tonight or tomorrow.

Moved into a new home and had to remove the kitchen cabinet above the fridge space to fit in my fridge. Now I’m needing to shorten the height of the kitchen cabinet (and cabinet doors) by about 8cm so that I can fit the cabinet back in (top of cabinet needs to sit flush with top of sideboards so the moulding can be put back on). Cabinet may need to be shortened partially from top and partially from bottom due to the mouldings on the doors. Cuts need to be precise due to the mouldings.

I have 2x kitchen cabinet doors that are close to the oven. The vinyl on them has shrunk. I would like the doors replaced (or repaired but I don’t think this is possible) The property is currently tenanted and therefore I would require you to be able to organise a time of day to attend property that works for the tenants. You will also need to source matching doors and get measurements. I’m pretty sure Bunnings have these doors available. Preferably someone who works in cabinetry or kitchen builds.

Hi, We have a fisher and paykel2 drawer dishwasher that needs to be installed in the cabinet under the bench. We need the cabinetry fixed and the dishwasher fully installed (including the plumbing). The doors need to come off, shelving etc taken out. Place made for dishwasher to be installed and then in the 170mm space between dishwasher and wall, we need an additional cupboard to be made to match the rest. It's a small kitchen so we need to be smart about every cm. I have found a pull out cupboard contraption that can be ordered and fitted, with the cut down door stuck on the front. I just need advice on which width and depth to purchase. We will also need a short extension cord to go from the dishwasher to the adjacent cupboard where the power point is located. In addition to this, we'd like one shelf made and installed in the hall cupboard so that we can relocate everything from the kitchen into the hall.

I am renovating my kitchen and think it would be best to do custom cabinetry and keep it simple. Not sure of the costs exactly, have a few quotes for the kaboom flat pack equivalent and that’s about $4000 not including install. Happy to hear your thoughts/suggestions. This would be a full removal and replacement but keeping plumbing and electrics in the same spot. This is a small kitchen in a one bedroom apartment.
