Looking for an experienced carpenter/cabinetmaker for some post-handover work in my new home in Bullsbrook. Main jobs: * Walk-in robe: Measure, assemble and install IKEA PAX wardrobes and finish them to look built-in with fillers/end panels/top infills where required. * Entertainment wall: Create/install a modern floating TV cabinet/entertainment unit, ideally warm oak/timber with some black detail * Potential for a few other small finishing carpentry jobs around the house. Trim down (5mm too big) small cabinet and install under bench Pull out and reinstall exhaust fan. (Doesnt sit flush with cabinet), Patch the ceiling where 3 down lights were moved. Install cabinet to go in fridge recess Go through and tighten screws and little touch ups.

I’m looking for a carpentry or cabinet-making apprentice, ideally someone in their later years of training or recently qualified, who would be interested in taking on a feature-wall project and adding a great finished piece to their portfolio. The project is to build a custom TV feature wall in my new home in Henley Brook. The wall is approximately 5270mm wide x 2910mm high and the design will include: • Centre space for a 98” wall-mounted TV • Electric fireplace positioned underneath the TV • Built-in shelving/display niches on both sides • LED strip lighting incorporated into the shelving • Lower cabinetry/storage on both sides • White gloss finish • Clean, modern and symmetrical overall look I have attached a visual of the design I’m trying to achieve. It is intended as a design guide rather than an exact construction drawing, so I’m happy to work through the finer details with you. I will purchase and provide the materials, so I’m mainly looking for your skills and labour. I’m also very happy to be hands-on and help throughout the build wherever I can. This could be a good opportunity for an apprentice who is confident with their skills and wants to tackle a substantial project independently, gain additional hands-on experience and have a high-impact finished project for their portfolio. The existing hinges have come off. 3 of them are not alligning properly. It may need insertion of a small 0lastic spacer to get it snapped in easily. 1 hinge has come off along with the wood. It will be needed to put in a repair plate for it. I have the material with me. If something is missing, it can be supplied from your side and billed accordingly.

Block off some areas with 4 by 2 wood and mesh to block out possums / rats We bought the wood, aviary mesh and tech screws. Happy to buy anything else. Areas are in photos. Replace old mesh, fill one void between two walls and block off the gable part of roof inside the roof space. No need to go onto external roof. Tools needed might be skill saw or drop saw to cut the 4 by 2 wood pieces. Grinder or bolt cutter for mesh. Happy to buy more materials. Need asap
