I started to stain a console table I bought from cause I didn’t like the original colour. Wanted the colour walnut but I don’t think I’ve achieved it and I regret doing anything cause I’m clearly bad at it. I have the stain and brushes/sanding block

I have three antique chairs I painted and distressed. They are needing some work on the joints to tighten as they are rickety. The largest chair just needs wood glue and clamps as the lower wood supports have come loose and are falling out. The other two with the cushion need some glu and maybe extra nails or screws around the joints to hold the chairs together better. I would like to drop them to the person who is fixing them and then collect when they are ready.

There is about a months work that can be done in own time, we will pay for materials and can pay you for labour. Jobs include erecting posts and affixing signage, some plastering, painting and replacing rotten timber and base boards. General household repairs like fixing handles, doors in 3 farm houses.

Sand 4 x timber table legs. Are dismantled and happy to organise drop off and collection.

Need our Merbau timber entry steps into our house stained. I usually do this every couple of years. Will need to be prepped with deck wash first. Basically only needs the surfaces you can see in the pics done. The steps and the vertical and horizontal beams, not the underside. I will supply the stain and deck wash prep. We have purchased a house without space for a dishwasher. Not sure which door yet, or maybe it needs to be the set of drawers on the far right, but we would need to knock out a few cabinets to make space, and then install the dishwasher itself (i.e., hooking up to the power and water). If possible, we'd like someone to take a look at the space first and let us know what will actually fit so we know what to purchase. :)
