New downstream O2 sensor already fitted, fault remains. Confirmed the cat is the cause. Clutch replacement — clutch is worn and needs replacing. Gear shift cable replacement — hard to get into first and reverse, consistent with a stretched/worn shift cable. Happy to source used or aftermarket parts to keep costs down, or you're welcome to supply them — whichever works out cheaper. Since the gearbox needs to come out for the clutch anyway, ideally I'd like the gear cable done at the same time to save on labour. Hi there, We are looking for an experienced van builder, carpenter, or caravan repair specialist to install a MaxxFan Deluxe on our 2005 Toyota HiAce Commuter. -We are currently located around Alva Beach/Ayr (Queensland), but we are completely flexible and can drive the van to your location/workshop for the duration of the installation if needed. - This is a professional job and we need someone with previous experience installing RV roof vents and cutting vehicle roofs. Please mention your experience or previous builds when applying. -Since this is a Commuter model, there are air conditioning ducts running through the rear ceiling. The installation will require cutting into these ducts. We need someone who can cleanly block and seal the cut sections so we don't get air leaks in the roof framework, keeping the remaining ventilation efficient and the front dashboard A/C completely intact. -The fan needs to be wired to our 12V system. -Please note that there is a solar panel installed on the roof (see photos) -We would like a clean, 100% watertight installation. I need a mechanic to change lifters for me on my Hilux. I also want to get an opinion on a water leak as I changed the water pump myself but it was still slowly loosing water.
