Nissan Xtrail idle adjustment

So after match porting my throttle body to the inlet manifold, the idle wont drop below 1100rpm, normal is around 750rpm. Hoping someone has worked with a nissan consult diagnostic system that CAN connect to the ecu. Anytime after next weekend during the week. I know that it wouldnt take longer than half an hour to do and would do it myself if i could get hold of a consult.
