Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced with Japanese import cars to inspect a 2021 Honda Fit Hybrid before I decide whether to buy it. The car is a JDM Honda Fit Hybrid e:HEV listed for $19,500 driveaway. I’d like a proper pre purchase check, not just a quick look around. Ideally I need someone who can check: - Engine, hybrid system and warning lights - OBD scan for hidden fault codes - Transmission and driving feel - Suspension, brakes, tyres and underbody condition - Signs of accident repair, repainting, rust or water damage - Interior condition and electronics - Reverse camera, sensors, adaptive cruise, lane warning and safety features - Service history, books, spare key and general paperwork - Odometer consistency and whether the kilometres look genuine - Import and compliance details, since this is a JDM car - Whether the asking price seems fair based on condition A short test drive would be great if the seller allows it. Please provide photos or videos of anything concerning and a simple written summary at the end. A quick phone call after the inspection would also be appreciated so I can understand whether it is a good buy or something to avoid. Looking for someone reliable, honest and preferably a mechanic or someone with strong experience inspecting Japanese imports and hybrids.

I already had viofo A129 Duo installed in my Kia Cerato 2016 with the HK3 wire 4 years ago. In the start the HK wire didn't protect the battery so I used the camera only when the car is running. I need a suggestion if I should use the same setup and just buy the A129 Duo Plus from Viofo or get a better Viofo camera with the HK that is compatible with it. Also, advise how much will it cost so I can decide. Thank you

Hi, looking for a quote to fix my 2005 Nissan Pulsar N16 1.8L auto in Roxburgh Park. Car goes into limp mode stuck in 3rd gear. PRNDL lights on dash are blank. Gets stuck in Park and I have to use the manual shift release. Problem is intermittent — sometimes fine on startup, sometimes happens while driving. Pretty sure it’s the inhibitor switch / transmission range sensor. Can you quote to Scan for TCM fault codes to confirm? And Replace the inhibitor switch if that's the issue. Car is drivable but I don’t want to go far in limp mode. Happy to supply the part if that’s cheaper. What’s your price all up including parts & labour? Thanks
