Price to be agreed based on work and parts required - fix oil leak - fix exhaust leak - turn off engine light (it’s an electrical fault only, but the plug to the computer is broken) - steering rack needs to be looked at - CV boot to be replaced - engine in good condition but sucking a bit of air (not sure, but maybe related to the exhaust…) Due date: Flexible

I am looking for someone to help me change the actuator on my car. I know which one it is, have a replacement for it, I just can't seem to reach the second screw. at this point I believe it's one screw coming off, shaping the actuator (again I have the replacement part) and screwing everything back in. - Due date: Flexible

My 1997 Jeep Wrangler has stoped working.. :( Was told by a mechanic that they thought it was the ECU. So have replaced that. Didn't seem to make a difference. Battery had gone flat by now also so changed that. no change. Replaced the Rotor and Distributor Cap. no change. Checked the fuses, all ok. All has made no difference. So now I need someone to replace the crankshaft with a new one i have ordered as I believe this could be the issue.. But it may not be... so basically need help to get this baby started again! - Due date: Flexible

My usual mechanic is injured & unable to help. In short, I have an old jeep w/ some ageing issues. Needing new tyres is something I can identify but internally (under the hood) I struggle to comprehend the technical landscape - looking for someone to help touch n tight where appropriate. Wanting some insight into what needs repairing, when & how. I know the are some leaks in aircon, washer fluids, the axel / bearings seem to slant, electrics are faulty on the windows despite a new piece being installed, the belt in the engine is thin, the suspension could do w/ a pump, it does need new tyres. Keen to make it as safe for a trip as possible. I don't want someone to come out and charge me for a consultation if they can't then offer to fix things... I want someone to work w/ and fix up the jeep with. My mechanic currently is someone i refer to all my friends and happy to work with someone like that again!

I'm doing a trip up to Morton island over New Years in my 2dr Jeep Wrangler 2.8 CRD. I don’t really have time to check over it before I go, been over there before and is capable enough for a basic trip but hoping to get a quote for a check/service as it's done a few kms at 202k kms. ABS, traction control lights have come on the dash, engine is also dieseling although been doing a fair bit of city driving so probably carbon build up. Trying to do it the cheapest way as I've just had a new clutch kit inc flywheel and brake lines replaced. Not sure if you do specific checks for trips or if you think a service would be best? Cheers
