The job is relatively straightforward but requires the front wheel to be lifted safely off the ground. I already have extended cables/brake lines installed on the bike, so we only need to focus on the forks themselves. The task involves: I used chatgpt to generate this task. I don't actually know specifically how to do it. So you'll need to know how to do this. Lifting the front end of the bike securely. Loosening the upper triple clamp pinch bolts. Unthreading the factory fork caps (mindful of the spring preload). Threading on the new extensions, transferring the O-rings, and reinstalling the caps. Dropping the forks slightly in the clamps to secure the extensions safely, ensuring the triple clamp grips a flat surface and not the threaded seam. Torquing all pinch bolts back to spec. What I will provide: The fork extensions A clear undercover workspace. A second set of hands to assist. What you need to bring: A motorcycle front-frame lift/jack (essential). Standard metric socket set / hex keys. A reliable torque wrench. Some O rings for the fork extensions
