The engine has oil around it and leaves 2–3 drops after driving, but the oil level isn’t dropping significantly. The leak isn’t easily visible from the front, so it likely needs a closer inspection around the rocker cover, vacuum pump, oil filter housing, or similar areas. There's no consistent point where the oil is leaking underneath the car.
