I previously had fault code P226D00, which temporarily cleared after a scan and drive, but the warning has now returned. 2007 Audi A4 B7 sedan – rear right light/socket assembly I need help with the rear right lights on my 2007 Audi A4 B7 sedan. The rear right brake light, indicator and reverse light have all stopped working. The bulb has already been replaced by a mechanic, but the lights still didn’t work. The mechanic was able to get them working temporarily by jiggling/moving the light/socket assembly and advised that the socket assembly may need replacing. They have since stopped working again. I would like someone experienced with Audi/VW electrical work to: • Inspect the existing socket/bulb holder and connector • Confirm what part is actually required and check that the issue isn’t wiring/connector related • Identify the correct part number • Source/order the replacement part • Return to install it once it arrives • Check that the brake, indicator and reverse lights are all working correctly Payment for the part: The replacement part will be paid for separately from the Airtasker labour fee. Audi Q5 had some electrical issue last week. We thought the battery needed replacing which it did, new battery in the car. Worked for about 3 days.
