Resurface my concrete driveway which is approximately 15 meters wide at the 3 car garage end and 30 meters long. Existing paint wearing off, not flaking or pealing some cracks in the concrete but these are old and there is no recent movement.

I have a covered outdoor pergola with an insulated Colorbond metal roof and built-in LED downlights. Water is leaking from one of the downlight openings during or after rain. I have removed the downlight and can see water inside that particular roof cavity. The issue appears to be isolated to a single downlight, as all the other downlights remain dry. The gutters have already been cleaned, so I need someone to inspect and identify the source of the leak (e.g. roof sheet, flashing, screws, gutter connection, or seal) and carry out the necessary repairs to stop water entering the roof cavity.
