Wooden frame with fiberglass weatherboard. We want to add a second-floor addition that spans across to the top of the garage - through CDC - and knock down interior walls on the ground floor and change out all windows to renovate the space. The house is on a leveled slab with the garage at level about 50cm below the house. The garage has rear-lane access. Pictures of existing layout and desired new layout is attached. In the first stage, we are looking for an architect/draftsman who can help us come up with the final design and technical drawings and to get CDC approval. In the second stage, we are looking for builders who can then perform the renovations. We are also happy to combine everything into one contract if the price is right. We are looking for good build quality and double glazing on all windows. Price to be negotiated - Due date: Before Friday, 31 March 2023
