Need a building surveyor to review and provide necessary approvals to build a 6mx4m aluminium pergola from Unique Pergolas - this is detached front the building and 1m from boundary fence. the surveyor has to ontain necessary permits or approvals needed from council, if applicable. High level design including structural certificate from Unique Pergolas will be provided.
