We are planning to build a low deck approx 14.5m X 2.5 and the same size pergola with skillion polycarbonate roof. Already had a basic design. Need all drafts and documents to submit to Monash council for building permits approval. Advise on whether the design is structurally and economically sound.

Rate are hourly, total cost depends on onsite inspection, build merbau deck and timber pergola for a small backyard according to design. deck structure is a little complicated than flat decking. Might also need some outdoor foot lights in the deck.
