We have a leak and forming mould on the pergola roof, which may be from a broken tile in the roof or attic. Locate the source of the leak, possibly a roof tile and repair it. Cutting out and plastering the damaged area of the pergola roof. Removing the mould spot and repainting the repaired roof section. This would need to be fixed before Christmas. Open to offers.
